Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION
These "Terms and Conditions" represent an agreement between the Client "you", and SEN Coaching / Evelyne Kellerhals Seign "we". We provide Clients with Services as defined below. These "Terms and Conditions" explain and clarify our obligations to you and your obligations to us. They represent the entire agreement between you and us. By using the Site and the Services in any way, you agree to abide by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices, conditions or guidelines posted on the Site.

1. SERVICES
A - Individual and group sessions
We offer the following services:
- Coaching (Coaching using the Solution Surfers® method)
- Quantum & energetic care (energetic touch, distance care) based on the Two Points Method and/or Shamballa Unitary Reiki
- Management and communication trainings
- Restitution of Insights Discovery profiles
- Consulting (Advice, transmission of tools such as the Enneagram)
Payment of the sessions
The payment is made after the session in cash / Twint except for the remote sessions (by phone or videoconference) which are payable in advance by bank transfer, Twint.

Non-refund clause
The Customer will not be able to demand the return of the amount paid for the session if he/she considers that it does not meet his/her expectations. The fact of making an appointment engages the customer's own responsibility.

Limits of responsibility
All information contained in this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. When it comes to choices concerning the health of the client and those of his or her loved ones, it is the client's responsibility to always discuss these choices with the doctor or health care professional who is treating him or her. We are not responsible for any health problems that may arise during or after a session. The proposed sessions are not intended to replace the specialist: when health requires it, the recourse to the doctor is strongly recommended.

The sessions are not recommended for people who are psychologically weak or who have severe depressive or schizophrenic symptoms.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged at the full rate (the reference time for an individual coaching session is 1h30). If an appointment can be rescheduled to another time within the same week, the penalty is waived.
The client agrees accordingly:
- to respect the payment obligations
- to respect the cancellation policy

Disclaimer of Warranty
Although the therapies we offer have been proven to provide relief to many people, results may vary from person to person. Therefore, we make no guarantee of an expected outcome. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
Advice given during a session do not engage our responsibility. Advice cannot replace the responsibility and free will of the client. Therefore, we make no guarantees as to an expected result.
B - Trainings, workshops and conferences (Online via videos as well as in the classroom)
We offer trainings, workshops and conferences on our website and on platforms such as Youtube ("SEN Coaching" channel), Facebook and Uniscio, under the name "courses" below. These are given in the fields of personal development, coaching, emotional management, communication and management.
Registration and payment
Registration for a course is only valid after payment of the deposit or the total amount of the course. In case of withdrawal, the deposit is not refunded, except in cases of force majeure (illness, accident, death with a certificate).
Cancellation policy
The proper functioning of a classroom course depends on the number of students enrolled. Late cancellations are detrimental to the participants involved and have repercussions on the diversity provided by the participation of all - if necessary, the rental of a room.
Cancellations made less than one month before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the course will be charged in full, including the deposit.
Non-refund clause
None of the courses taken entitle the participant to a refund. SEN Coaching/ Evelyne Kellerhals Seignez will issue a statement of account for any course taken in its entirety, from start to finish.
Property rights
The courses are the exclusive property of " SEN Coaching / Evelyne Kellerhals Seignez ", both in terms of their content and their supports (booklets, videos, mp3, etc.).
Clause of non-warranty
The advice given during a course does not engage our responsibility. Advice cannot replace the responsibility and free will of the client. Therefore, we do not give any guarantee as to an expected result.

2. PRICING POLICY
Prices for sessions and courses are clearly indicated on the site. They can be modified at any time, without notice. However, when a client commits to a series of sessions or courses, he/she will continue to pay for them at the price under which he/she started this series, even if they have been increased in the meantime.

3. GOVERNING LAW
The parties agree that these "Terms and Conditions" shall be governed by the laws in force in Switzerland and that in the event of any dispute, action, suit or proceeding arising out of this Agreement, the place of jurisdiction shall be Switzerland.

4. MODIFICATION
The terms and conditions set forth herein are not subject to change. When major changes are made to these "Terms and Conditions", Evelyne Kellerhals Seignez will notify the Customer to the extent possible. It is however recommended to periodically review the most recent version at: https://www.sencoaching.com/terms-conditions/
Facsimile (fax) or electronic signatures are deemed equivalent to original signatures for the purposes of these "Terms and Conditions".
